The movie (Polish title Strzyga) is a short movie directed by Kamil Krukowski, a polish student from Łódź. Although it is a short form (around 25 minutes), the movie is a complex work - Krukowski’s approach to direction is based on mixing elements from different genres. The Cave is a drama movie with a lot of horror and comedy elements. Ryterski composed instrumental music, a mixture of contemporary classical music (extended techniques etc.) and regular orchestral music, with a lot of sound design and electronic sounds.
